Intro to SUP Fitness

“There’s nothing worse than a boring workout!’

During the month of March you’re invited to an introductory SUP fitness class, a fun & exciting way to get fit and cross-train, brought to you by The Paddleboard Company and led by the ‘first lady of SUP fitness’ Nikki Gregg. Our ‘water gym workouts’ combine stand up paddling with a cardiovascular and bodyweight strength-training fitness circuit that results in a safe & challenging workout full of surprises and fun.  The best part? – It’s outside and on beautiful Morro Bay.  All fitness levels are welcome!  Take advantage of this discounted introductory class every Friday in March. – 90 minutes,
